Rental & meeting-booking terms

Rates are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. Monthly office rent is TT$4,850. Daily meeting-space hire is TT$1,000 for up to eight hours within confirmed operating times.

All enquiries remain subject to availability, suitability review and a final written agreement or booking confirmation. Any taxes, utilities, equipment, catering, deposits or other charges that apply must be separately itemised before acceptance. Meeting hire is not a tenancy.

Controlled home-entry assurance

Customers receive an assigned technician’s details and a job reference before a confirmed visit. At the residence, the customer should compare the technician’s photo identification and job number with the appointment information before granting entry.

Technicians are limited to the approved work areas. No substitute, additional worker or expanded scope should proceed without prior notice and customer approval. Customers should refuse entry and contact Fleurs if any information does not match.

Enquiry privacy

This website does not silently transmit the information entered in the enquiry form. Selecting “Send enquiry by email” creates a message in the visitor’s own email application. The visitor reviews and sends that message directly to Fleurs.

Information received is used to assess and respond to the stated office, meeting or home-service enquiry. Avoid placing payment-card information, access codes or highly sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
