5. Accuracy and retention
Information should be kept accurate enough for its intended purpose and retained only as long as reasonably required for the service, safety, accounting, legal, insurance, complaint or dispute purpose for which it is held. Records that no longer have a legitimate retention purpose should be securely deleted or destroyed, subject to any legal hold or required retention period.
6. Access, correction and privacy requests
A person may contact Fleurs to ask what personal information Fleurs holds about them, request correction, withdraw a non-essential consent, object to unrelated use or request deletion where appropriate. Fleurs may need to verify identity and may retain information where required by law, contract, safety, accounting or legitimate dispute-resolution needs.

Third-party services opened through external links, including a map or email application, operate under their own privacy terms.
